The roots of our company will be found way up in the Canadian Arctic in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Gabriel and Yu-Fang Fritzen began their entrepreneurial career by importing consumer goods from the South to the Arctic. The name “Arctic Reflections” dates back to that time. It may still be found in some web directories.

A couple of years later, the Fritzens visited Europe and more or less got stuck in Gabriel’s original home town of Olching. Many economic trends have their roots in North America and then move to Europe with a certain delay. This creates opportunities to take advantages of new economic trends early on.

One North American idea which was brought to Europe is „Fundraising Games” – meant to fill the bank accounts of charitable organizations.

The newest megatrend is networking and globalization. Toner Express is a perfect example of the new economy. Our team is spread over several countries but yet functions as one integrated group. VPN and VoIP created a virtual office building for us, which makes distances of thousands of kilometres completely transparent for staff and for customers.
