Druckerprobleme Übersicht
Wir haben häufig das Problem, dass Outlook Express sich bei einem Wechsel von einer Identität zu einer anderen schließt und sich dann nicht mit der neuen Identität hochfährt. Eine Recherche auf der Microsoft Website brachte zwar Treffer, aber die dort angegebenen Lösungen konnten wir nicht umsetzen. Wir haben gefunden, dass die schnellste Lösung für dieses Problem wie folgt ist: Den Affengriff (Strg, Alt, Entf), dann im Windows Task Manager unter Prozesse nach msimn.exe suchen und diesen schließen. Dies beendet Outlook Express. Danach kann Outlook Express neu gestartet werden und fährt dann mit der neuen Identität hoch.

I frequently have the problem that Outlook Express will close upon switching identities and will then not start up again with the new identity. We researched the MS website, but were unable to put into practice the solutions offered there. We found that the simplest solution is to call up the windows task manager by hitting cntrl, alt, del and then closing the process mnsimn.exe. This will end Outlook Express. Then just restart OE in the normal manner and it will run up with the new identity.
